BOLLINGER BANDS: Bollinger Bands is a technical indicator used to assess price volatility and potential entry or exit points for a stock. Bollinger Bands help identify overbought and oversold levels. Stock price above upper band suggest overbought and below lower band suggest oversold and there is a possibility of trend reversal from upper/lower band. Bollinger Bands consist of three lines: Middle Band: This is a 20 day simple moving average (SMA) of the stock. Upper Band: Plotted two standard deviations above the SMA.
